This site is the official website of the Ride Boundless podcast, created and hosted by Roberto Valderrama in Los Angeles, California. Questions about anything on this page go to rideboundless@gmail.com.

What this site collects

Nothing directly. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter, no shopping cart and no comment section. The site runs no JavaScript at all and sets no cookies of its own. It does not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or advertising script. Nothing you do here is profiled, sold or shared.

The only way to reach the show from this site is by email, which you send yourself from your own mail program. What you put in that email is what we see.

What happens automatically

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, timestamps) to serve the pages and to block attacks. Those logs are held by the host, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not combined with anything else.

The embedded players

Two players are embedded so you can watch and listen without leaving the page. They are supplied by third parties, and when they load they can see your IP address and set their own cookies or storage — that is their processing, under their policies, not ours.

If you would rather not load them at all, do not press play, or block third-party content in your browser — the rest of the page works exactly the same without them. Links out to Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Podbean, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and IMDb take you to those companies' own sites, where their terms and privacy policies apply.

Your choices and your rights

Because the site holds no account and no database, there is normally nothing about you to look up, correct or delete. If you have emailed the show and want that correspondence deleted, or you appear in an episode or a photograph and want it reviewed, email rideboundless@gmail.com and it will be handled. Residents of California, the EU and the UK have statutory rights of access, correction and deletion; the same address is the way to exercise them, at no cost.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects nothing from them.

Content, accuracy and AI

Episode titles, summaries and descriptions on this page and on the home page are drawn from the show's own published material, and parts of this website were drafted with the help of AI tools. AI output can be wrong. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and opinions expressed by guests are their own, not the show's. If you spot something inaccurate, email the address above and it will be corrected.

If this notice changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the current version is always the one published here.
